Senior FBC’s are unhappy feeling less prepared for the field work in years since they’ve been with FTD. There is no work life balance and your expected to have your phone attached to your hip 24/7.

There is no office time so expect to give up your evening and weekends to plan. Their systems are ridiculously out of date and difficult to use in the field. FTD wants you selling their top notch technology yet what they give their sales force to use daily out in the field is subpar at best. Management micro manages every aspect of the FBC’s day from miles driven, stops, to calling members and even prospects to announce your visit and they even tell you where you need to go each day. They expect travel time to work their territory to be done after 9-5 business hours and then they will say its “like” commuting if it’s a 10 min or 3 hour distance to their see their members.

The FBC is expected to work 50+ hours a week, weekends and some holidays within the territory. There is potential for the outcome over the next several years, but the path to get there is going to be brutal, unsustainable and generally awful for anyone below Exec level.īeware of job expectations before accepting this position with FTD. It's more political, more dreamy and less realistic or down to earth. Meanwhile, the new leaders that have been hired over the last several months are most definitely cut from a different cloth than original Provide execs. Teams are strapped, working insane hours. The company is restructuring so it's the perfect time to come on board and be part of the exciting changes that are coming up.
